Roger Sturtevant – Formerly Manager of Compensation, HRIS and Staffing at the Kendall Company with 15 years of compensation, systems & HR generalist experience, Roger has a BS in Organizational Psychology and an MS in Human Resources Management from Purdue University. Roger has expertise in developing programs that link individual/team performance to organizational success, and in the automation of time-intensive HR activities. His experience with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures emphasizes compensation programs that are adaptable to varied organizational environments. John Cunnell – Formerly Director of Rewards and Recognition with the Unisys Corporation, and in senior HR roles at Data General Corporation and ICL, John manages ICR International and is based near London. He supports the international needs of many U.S. clients. John has in-depth and hands-on generalist experience in virtually all of the European countries. His knowledge of local benefit and labor legislation makes him a valuable resource for global application of HR strategies. Patricia Mulkeen – Prior to joining ICR’s U.S. division, Patricia worked as a senior HR representative at Microcom Inc., Raytheon, and NRC Inc.
