Overview/Description
ICR‘s Footwear Industry Compensation Survey, conducted since 1996, cover industry-specific jobs and focuses on the most important pay data: base salaries, incentive targets, and stock eligibility. Our approach simplifies the data collection process and results in straightforward, high-quality output. Reports display data on an aggregate basis with summary statistics (i.e. 25th percentile, mean, median, 75th percentile and 90th percentile) to protect individual company confidentiality. Participants receive a customized “you vs. the market” report. Survey results are available in hard copy, Excel spreadsheet, and .PDF printable electronic files.
