IPAS was launched in 1997 as a new concept in salary surveys – a single source for international pay data for the high tech industry, yet priced like a single country survey.
Today, IPAS is recognized by industry HR professionals as a high quality survey that reports on the key reward elements (base, incentive, allowances, benefits, stock, etc.) for all levels of jobs from the CEO to clerk for approximately 70 countries, including the US and Canada – plus developing countries like India, China, and Russia. Merit Budgets and Sales Practices are also covered. With data contributed by the top firms in the industry, you get reliable and robust data, which is displayed and analyzed on a “you versus market” basis on our state of the art, On-Line tool.
