Survey Features:

Overview/Description

The Luxury Goods Industry Compensation Survey, introduced in 2000, resulted from an initiative by a group of human resources professionals representing major luxury goods companies. This carefully crafted survey offers a unique resource of compensation data customized specifically for the industry, including data for over 30 luxury goods brands. The scope of the survey includes pay data for core benchmark "home office" positions, as well as for major retail positions in a number of premium and traditional store locations.

Each participating company receives a customized report that compares their data to the rest of the industry on a job-by-job basis. Compensation data (base salary, target incentive and total cash) for each job is reported for the "overall" marketplace and for breakout groupings where there is sufficient information. Stock, incentive and benefits sections are included as well.

This survey is run bi-annually.
