Luxury Goods Industry Compensation Survey
ICR introduced our Luxury Goods Industry Compensation Survey in 2002 in response to an HR advisory group representing the major luxury goods companies. The survey includes corporate/U.S. subsidiary positions and detailed pay information for 16 premium retail store locations. Participants receive a customized report that includes compensation data (base salary, target incentive and total cash) for each reported job. We report data breakouts by foreign versus U.S. ownership, by company size, industry segment and major geographic locations. Stock, benefits and commission plan design sections are included as well. This comprehensive study is conducted every other year.
